The steady firm control and concentration on some organs, mind and intellect is known as Yoga. Thus, the experienced and advanced Yogis declare. Because during this time the mind and senses are free from materialistic thoughts and attitude.
But, this spiritual state of Yoga is not constant or permanent, it arises and subsides. Hence the spiritual seeker should keep trying to maintain this spiritual yoga state. Frequent increasing practice is mandatory.
